Return/Exchange Policy To return or exchange an item simply include the packing list indicating the items for return or include a note explaining your return. You MUST contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization or fill out the contact form below. We can give you the proper return address when you request the RMA. All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date to be eligible for return. Any items returned 15-30 days after being received will be issued a store credit, valid at kiitoslife.com only. Please return items in the same packaging as you received them (ie. shipped in a box, return in a box.) We cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit for lack of proper packaging in return.
**COVID19- RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY During this time we are extending the deadline for returns/exchanges. We ask that the return process be initiated by e-mail within 2 weeks of receiving orders. Full refunds/exchanges are issued once returns are received. If there are circumstances preventing a timely return please alert us to the situation.
**HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY For the holiday season we extend our return/exchange period. Purchases made from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve may be returned for refund, store credit or exchanged through January 15, 2022. Christmas items are excluded from the extended returned period and may not be returned after Christmas.
Return Labels To simplify returns we are happy to issue return labels and deduct from refund. Print and attach to package and leave for USPS letter carrier or drop off at post office. Customer can choose their method of return. We will quote the price of the return label when the RMA is requested.
KIITOSlife reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used. All items must be in original packaging and have tags attached. All merchandise ordered via kiitoslife.com may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange, including sale merchandise within the above mentioned time-frame (with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE, which are not eligible for return or exchange and fabric which is final sale.) We do NOT accept returns from other retailers or websites.
All fabric orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of defect or error.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. No refunds will be made on shipping or duty fee charges.
