Payment Options Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal. In-stock orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Special order items are charged in full after the order is placed and shipped when they arrive from the vendor (usually within 2-3 weeks).
Gift Cards We now offer e-gift cards for purchase online. Instructions for redemption are emailed at the time of purchase. If you have a physical gift card from our store, please include the gift card number (located on the back of the card) in the comments section of your order. The balance on the gift card will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
Sales Tax All New York orders are subject current sales tax rates. Sales tax is applied to merchandise total and shipping.
Out of Stock Merchandise We do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours of being received, additional processing times for orders received on the weekend. Most of out stock items have a two to three-week ship date plus any additional transit time to your destination. Most merchandise ships to us direct from vendors and cannot be expedited or drop-shipped (with the exception of wallpaper.) Please contact us directly with any questions about lead time on a particular item.
Shipping & Handling KIITOSlife now ships primarily by UPS and USPS, but can ship via FedEx when requested. All expedited shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS & USPS during checkout using weight, value and destination information. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS or FedEx.
A note regarding time in transit: for Priority Mail USPS estimates the number of days for delivery (1, 2 or 3) based on location. These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only an estimate of time in transit from when your package is received by the post office. Express shipments do come with a guaranteed delivery date. USPS is now requiring signatures for package deliveries, however, due to the majority of customers requesting packages to be left without signature, we check off the signature required box allowing the postal worker to leave the package at his own discretion. Please indicate in the comments section of your order if you'd like a signature required for your package.

International Customers Our website now accepts international addresses! Please e-mail us for any international inquiries. We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
*We now offer International First Class Mail shipments. However, this service does NOT offer insurance or tracking, therefore we are not responsible if the package is lost. Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed and certain countries do not provide refunds for packages that are delayed. All packages are subject to duties once they arrive in your country; contact your local post office for duty fee inquiries or delivery guarantees. If you do not see your country on our ship-to list, please contact us for further assistance.
Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. All prices on our site are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. Please contact your local government agency for questions regarding the amounts you will be charged; we are unable to know if and how much duties you may be charged. Pricing/Coupons/Price Adjustments Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Mulitple promotions/codes cannot be applied. We will gladly process a price adjustment on items purchased at full price within 7 days of the date on your receipt. Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for additional adjustments. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders relating to such pricing error(s).
Return/Exchange Policy To return or exchange an item simply fill out the return form inside the package, or include a note explaining your return. All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date to be eligible for return. Any items returned 15-30 days after being received will be issued a store credit, valid at kiitoslife.com only.
All merchandise ordered via kiitoslife.com may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange, including sale merchandise within the above mentioned time-frame (with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE, which are not eligible for return or exhange.) We do NOT accept returns from other Marimekko retailers or websites.
KIITOSlife reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used. Re-stocking fees will be charged on wallpaper returns and bedding that is not returned in the original packaging.
All fabric orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of defect or error.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. We offer a reduced flat-rate of $8 on shipping of exchange items (domestic shipping only, international customers should contact us for a return shipping quote). No refunds will be made on shipping or duty fee charges.
For the holiday season we extend our return/exchange period. Purchases made from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve may be exchanged through the end of the following January. Full refunds are given until January 15th for purchases made during this period as well.

Please be aware that we do not carry large volumes of stock; in many cases we may carry only one or two pieces of a specific size. If you would like to order a specific Marimekko product that you do not see featured on our site, please contact us via phone or email. We can special order a wide range of Marimekko products from Finland as long as they are available and not discontinued.

*Please note, Marimekko products are cut randomly from our printed fabrics, we cannot guarantee that your item will exactly match the item as shown on our site, as many of our fabrics are large scale and the full pattern cannot be shown. This includes (but not limited to) all soft good items, such as clothing, bags, interior items like kitchen accessories & pillow covers.
Rewards Membership All customers may sign up to become a "Rewards Member." Rewards Members receive reduced flat-rate shipping on any order subtotaling $100 or more (before taxes & shipping, not valid on partial-ship requests). Members also receive a $25 coupon good towards their next purchase for every $500 spent (not including taxes or shipping). Reward Membership is now online, track your balances and earn points through our rewards app! Please note, purchases made with a trade discount are not eligible to earn rewards/free shipping under our membership program.
