International Customers Our website accepts international addresses!  Please e-mail us for any international inquiries. We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. 

A note regarding time in transit: for Priority Mail USPS estimates the number of days for delivery (1, 2 or 3) based on location. These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only an estimate of time in transit from when your package is received by the post office. Express shipments do come with a guaranteed delivery date. USPS is now requiring signatures for package deliveries, however, due to the majority of customers requesting packages to be left without signature, we do not check off the signature required box allowing the postal worker to leave the package at his own discretion.  Please indicate in the comments section of your order if you'd like a signature required for your package.

Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed and certain countries do not provide refunds for packages that are delayed. All packages are subject to duties once they arrive in your country; contact your local post office for duty fee inquiries or delivery guarantees. If you do not see your country on our ship-to list, please contact us for further assistance.

Please note, providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information (ie. missing apartment numbers or incorrect zip codes) will result in a shipping correction fee when the carrier charges us for a correction or if the shipment is returned back to us for domestic shipment. 

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's service and collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. All prices on our site are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. EU CUSTOMERS: Starting July 1, 2021 you will be responsible for paying VAT taxes upon receipt of your order; we do not charge VAT taxes up front and our prices do not include VAT.  Please contact your local government agency for questions regarding the amounts you will be charged; we are unable to know if and how much duties you may be charged. If you have any questions concerning your order and you currently live outside of the United States, you may contact us via e-mail.

Pricing/Coupons/Price Adjustments Only one coupon/code may be applied per order. Multiple promotions/codes cannot be applied. We will gladly process a price adjustment on items purchased at full price within 7 days of the date on your receipt. Price adjustment will be in the form of store credit. Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for additional adjustments. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders relating to such pricing error(s). Please note, for minimum purchase promotions, returns for refund will be pro-rated to discount level for the post-return purchase price. If purchase after return does not meet purchase minimum, and kept items will be charged at full-price. Returns for store credit will allow any kept items to retain their discount regardless of purchase total. Any minimum purchase required is for merchandise before taxes or shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy To return or exchange an item simply include the packing list indicating the items for return or include a note explaining your return. We now offer SELF-SERVICE RETURNS using the customer portal.  We can give you the proper return address or send a USPS return lablel when you request the RMA. All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date to be eligible for return. Any items returned 15-30 days after being received will be issued a store credit, valid at kiitoslife.com only. 

Return Labels To simplify returns we are happy to issue return labels and deduct from refund. Print and attach to package and leave for USPS letter carrier or drop off at post office.

KIITOSlife reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used. All items must be in original packaging and have tags attached. All merchandise ordered via kiitoslife.com may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange, including sale merchandise within the above mentioned time-frame (with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE, which are not eligible for return or exchange and fabric which is final sale.) We do NOT accept returns from other Marimekko retailers or websites. 

All fabric orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of defect or error.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. No refunds will be made on shipping or duty fee charges.

For the holiday season we extend our return/exchange period. Purchases made from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve may be returned for refund, store credit or exchanged through January 15, 2024. Christmas items are excluded from the extended returned period and may not be returned after Christmas.

We strive to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Please be aware that we do not carry large volumes of stock; in many cases we may carry only one or two pieces of a specific size. In the case that the item you have ordered has sold out or is on back-order we will contact you within 24 hours via phone or email and give you an estimated delivery date.

*Please note, Marimekko products are cut randomly from our printed fabrics, we cannot guarantee that your item will exactly match the item as shown on our site, as many of our fabrics are large scale and the full pattern cannot be shown. This includes (but not limited to) all soft good items, such as clothing, bags, interior items like kitchen accessories & pillow covers. 

Rewards Membership All customers may sign up to become a "Rewards Member." Members receive a $15 coupon good towards their next purchase for every 500 points earned (1 point/$1 spent on merchandise discounted less than 25%, not including taxes or shipping). Reward Membership is now online, track your balances and earn points through our rewards app! Please note, purchases made with a trade discount are not eligible to earn rewards/free shipping under our membership program.
