About the artist: Radhika Sanghvi.
Growing up with a father who is an artist and art collector and a crafty mother, art to me comes very naturally. I have never seen an empty wall in my house and its always filled with ever changing artwork. Having the privilege to meet so many artists over a period of time, my love for art turned into passion.
Being fascinated with the concept of ‘Creating’, led me to pursue studies in Sculptural Design. All my life I have heard how unpredictable and unusual my thoughts are, learning art has helped me find a direction and enhanced my wild thought process.
For a few years I took a step back to spend time with my family and raising my lil one, which gave me a renewed vision towards my goal. With a little… actually a LOT of push from my friends and family, I started my journey towards Radicals. I feel art can definitely be something more than what you adorn your house with and that very thought led me to design installations that can be Wearable.
‘Creating Art’ takes time and it gives me utmost joy to design each piece by myself. It is an effect of many hours of manual work and months of designing. The designs come straight from my imagination, inspired by surroundings, photography or graphics. It requires a lot of concentration and tranquility which is great mode of relaxation for me. Making product perfectly finished, polished or textured is very important for me. I care a lot about ergonomics of each piece which must be comfortable in every day use.

Payment Options Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, After Pay. In-stock orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Special order items are charged in full after the order is placed and shipped when they arrive from the vendor (usually within 2-4 weeks).
Gift Cards Instructions for redemption of eGift cards are emailed at the time of purchase. Gift cards do not expire.
Sales Tax All Ohio orders are subject to current sales tax rates. Sales tax is applied to merchandise total and shipping. Please note, Ohio is a "shipping origin" sales tax state, so all Ohio orders are charged a tax rate of 6.5%.
Out of Stock Merchandise We do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours of being received, additional processing times for orders received on the weekend. Most of out stock items have a three to four-week ship date plus any additional transit time to your destination. Most merchandise ships to us direct from vendors and cannot be expedited or drop-shipped. Please contact us directly with any questions about lead time on a particular item.
Shipping & Handling KIITOSlife now ships primarily by UPS, USPS and DHL but can ship via FedEx when requested. All expedited shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS, USPS and DHL during checkout using weight, value and destination information. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS or FedEx.
International Customers Our website accepts international addresses! Please e-mail us for any international inquiries. We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
A note regarding time in transit: for Priority Mail USPS estimates the number of days for delivery (1, 2 or 3) based on location. These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only an estimate of time in transit from when your package is received by the post office. Express shipments do come with a guaranteed delivery date. USPS is now requiring signatures for package deliveries, however, due to the majority of customers requesting packages to be left without signature, we do not check off the signature required box allowing the postal worker to leave the package at his own discretion. Please indicate in the comments section of your order if you'd like a signature required for your package.

Pricing/Coupons/Price Adjustments Only one coupon/code may be applied per order. Multiple promotions/codes cannot be applied. We will gladly process a price adjustment on items purchased at full price within 7 days of the date on your receipt. Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for additional adjustments. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders relating to such pricing error(s). Please note, for minimum purchase promotions, returns for refund will be pro-rated to discount level for the post-return purchase price. If purchase after return does not meet purchase minimum, and kept items will be charged at full-price. Returns for store credit will allow any kept items to retain their discount regardless of purchase total. Any minimum purchase required is for merchandise before taxes or shipping.
Return/Exchange Policy To return or exchange an item simply include the packing list indicating the items for return or include a note explaining your return. We now offer SELF-SERVICE RETURNS using the customer portal. We can give you the proper return address or send a USPS return lablel when you request the RMA. All returns must be received within 14 days from delivery date to be eligible for return. Any items returned 15-30 days after being received will be issued a store credit, valid at kiitoslife.com only.
Return Labels To simplify returns we are happy to issue return labels and deduct from refund. Print and attach to package and leave for USPS letter carrier or drop off at post office.
KIITOSlife reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used. All items must be in original packaging and have tags attached. All merchandise ordered via kiitoslife.com may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange, including sale merchandise within the above mentioned time-frame (with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE, which are not eligible for return or exchange and fabric which is final sale.) We do NOT accept returns from other Marimekko retailers or websites.
All fabric orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of defect or error.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange. No refunds will be made on shipping or duty fee charges.
For the holiday season we extend our return/exchange period. Purchases made from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve may be returned for refund, store credit or exchanged through January 15, 2023. Christmas items are excluded from the extended returned period and may not be returned after Christmas.
We strive to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
Please be aware that we do not carry large volumes of stock; in many cases we may carry only one or two pieces of a specific size. In the case that the item you have ordered has sold out or is on back-order we will contact you within 24 hours via phone or email and give you an estimated delivery date.
