Please note, opened rolls cannot be returned. Unopened rolls are subject to a 25% restocking fee when returned.

• Returns

  • All merchandise may be returned for a full-refund (less shipping) or exchange within 14 days of receipt with the following exceptions:
    1) All fabric orders are FINAL SALE- no returns or exchanges.
    2) returns or exchanges.
    3) Wallpaper returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee for unopened rolls. Opened rolls may not be returned.
    4) Bedding that is not returned in the complete original packaging is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
    5) We reserve the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that is worn or used.
    Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return/exchange.

• Delivery

  • -Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Special orders from Finland usually ship in three weeks unless noted otherwise (transit time to your address is additional.) We will email you if the expected ship date will be longer than stated. Special orders and pre-orders are charged when the order is placed and shipped immediately when available.
    -Please note, USPS is now requiring signatures for package deliveries. Please indicate in the comments section of your order if you'd like to release the shipment without a signature.
    -International customers are responsible for all import customs & duties charges. Please contact your local government agency for questions regarding the amounts you will be charged.
