Return Labels To simplify returns we are happy to issue return labels and deduct the flat rate ($8.00) from refund. Print and attach to package and leave for USPS letter carrier or drop off at post office.

Out of Stock Merchandise We do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours of being received, additional processing times for orders received on the weekend. Most of out stock items have a three to four-week ship date plus any additional transit time to your destination. Shipping & Handling KIITOSlife now ships primarily by UPS, USPS and DHL but can ship via FedEx when requested. All expedited shipping costs are automatically calculated by UPS, USPS and DHL during checkout using weight, value and destination information. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS or FedEx.
International Customers Our website accepts international addresses! Please e-mail us for any international inquiries. We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
A note regarding time in transit: for Priority Mail USPS estimates the number of days for delivery (1, 2 or 3) based on location. These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only an estimate of time in transit from when your package is received by the post office. Express shipments do come with a guaranteed delivery date. USPS is now requiring signatures for package deliveries, however, due to the majority of customers requesting packages to be left without signature, we do not check off the signature required box allowing the postal worker to leave the package at his own discretion.
